Grandpa Scott's 50th Birthday

For my dad's birthday, my mom surprised him by taking my whole family to Disneyland. What an awesome thing. We had such a great time! It was rainy the morning we were there which made us some of the few that went that morning. We walked right onto rides and it was really cool. Shaersti was finally big enough to go on Splash and Space Mountain and she loved them both. It was such a fun few days for everyone.

Winter Pictures

We got my parents 6 grandkids together to take pictures last week. Although it was cold, the kids all did pretty good and we ended up with a few cute pictures! Amelia put the best ones together and we gave them to Grandpa Scott for his 50th birthday. What darling kids!

A Fantastic Trip to the Mall

My awesome dad heard that I hated all of my maternity clothes. So... he sent all of his girls to the mall to get a new outfit with his credit card. We got so spoiled- I have such an awesome dad! The kids loved to go because they got to see Santa. Shaersti reminded him about a huge pretend horse that she wants. All the kids got into a display window and I'm the kind of mom that has to take a picture before I kick them out. We only got away with it because Amelia didn't see us!!!

Shaersti's 4th Birthday

My big girl just turned 4. I didn't feel good so I left with only this picture to show for it. We had a hot dog roast in December. The weather was wonderful and we had a great time. A special thanks to my mom for pulling it all off- what a fabulous princess cake!

Update

So...along with my pregnancy comes hypernemesis. I have been so sick that my whole family has moved into a room at my mom's house so that she can take care of me and my girls. While I hate being so sick and such a burden to everyone, I am so grateful for such a wonderful mom who has been taking such great care of me. We have turned her house upside down but she has dealt with all of it. I am very blessed to have her for a mom and I'm grateful to everyone who has stepped in to help her, especially my dad and Amelia. I hope to get better soon and I will get back to normal life and be able to move back home. I couldn't say thanks enough for all of the help I've received. My Shaersti turned 4 on Dec. 6th and I'm hoping I can get some pictures from people who were there and blog again soon.
