September- Dog Fair

Shaersti was so excited to go out to a little dog fair in Hurricane. This was definitely the coolest dog.

September- Co-op Bags

I got put in charge of the handicraft for our co-op, so of course I enlisted my awesome mom. We decided to teach the kids how to make these darling bags. The kids mostly made Halloween bags, library bags, and babysitting bags.

September- Brigham Preschool

Brigham already got a picture for the first day of homeschool, but he is spoiled and gets preschool, too. He was a little hesitant for the first little while and then he just started going. He loves his teacher and he loves school. It has been a great thing for all of us to have him in preschool.

I love this little boy so much. How could I not... have you seen him?

September- Anne's Birthday

For Anne's birthday party she took her 2 best friends and Paysli to the hair school salon where they got their hair and nails done. This is Miah's amazing hair before she cut it.

Anne getting her nails done. This little girl has been such a blessing in our home. She is very tenderhearted and sweet. She keeps me on my toes, as I'm not usually very emotional. She teaches me (every day) to try harder to speak kindly, as she doesn't do well with anything else. She is a great big sister and loves to be creative. We are so glad that she is in her home and I feel so blessed to be her mom, I wish she were mine.

Gotta love the poses! I just love girls.

Afterwards we took all that beautiful hair and went swimming. I wanted to cry when Miah jumped in the pool.

What a fun day for a darling, fun girl.

The parties just never end. This was her beautiful cake that Walmart crafted just for her. I loved it so much (I should have for the price)!

September- Darling Anne

We tried a new hairdo on Anne and I loved it. I never did get it quite as good again. It helps to have such a cute hair model.

August- Tahiti Village

I should be ashamed. We went on an amazing 5 or 6-day vacation to Tahiti Village in Las Vegas, and this is the only picture I have; at the airport down the road. We did hang out at the airport for a long time. We were mesmerized watching the planes come in. The trip was so much more than this, though. A lot of my family came and we had an awesome time. We mostly swam and ate good food. Yep, it was an Emett vacation (the best kind).

August- Scott's Fishing Trip

Scott had the fabulous opportunity of going on a fishing trip out of California with a group of guys, inclusing Brandon Staples and Danny Shakespeare. They had a riot and Scott caught a huge tuna, which we loved eating when he brought it home.

Brandon and Danny

Good looking guy

Reeling in his fish

Such a huge fish!

I probably shouldn't ruin this awesome picture, but those aren't actually Brandon and Danny's fish. They didn't exactly catch any.

August- Makeup

Danielle asked to do a little photo shoot with Anne and Miah (Anne's best friend) so she would have pictures to show pageant girls what she can do. They got quite "made-up"!

August- A New Look

I finally got my braces off (for the 3rd time). I wanted to go with a major change so I also cut and syed my hair. After so many years of the same look, it was really fun to have a new look. By the way... I hate selfies and I have probably taken less than 10 in my whole life.
