Brian Head Cabin

Last weekend we had the opportunity of going up to one of Michelle's cabins again. We had such a great weekend. We did a lot of fun things and I only got pictures of one of them- riding the ski lift. It was such a nice weekend of relaxing, talking, and playing. Thanks to Michelle for the cabin and to mom and dad for everything else (especially tending my kids for a night while Scott and I celebrated my birthday).

You may not be able to tell, but this is Becca and Shaersti. They felt so big to be rising by themselves, although they held on for dear life. We passed a lot of people going the other direction and they were sure to chew out anyone that wasn't wearing their seat belt.

Branson and Max were pretty proud to ride by themselves. They thought they were pretty cool!

Fuller Family Reunion

We had a great family reunion in Idaho at Lava Hot Springs this year. I took 80 pictures and it was so hard to choose, so this is a long blog. A special thanks to Stan and Colleen for all their work pulling this whole weekend together.

We spent a lot of time playing in the river that ran across the property we camped at. It was so pretty! This is Scott is the little "hot tub" he discovered.

All the girls loved the water and would have stayed down there all day if they could have. They also loved playing with their cousin, Gracie.

One of the funnest things we did was tubing the river. We don't have any pictures of the rapids but there were some awesome rapids to go down.

I was watching as tubes came down the river and I noticed that almost every kid under about age 8 was crying. I got worried about Scott with my girls. I apparently didn't have a reason to worry. They had so much fun.!

I only got to tube once because I was tending Paysli. It was my favorite thing I did all weekend.

The other big thing we did was the pools. They were super crowded but everyone had a lot of fun. This is Scott and Parker jumping from the high dive. You have to sign a waiver to jump. I'm pretty sure you couldn't have paid me to even consider it.

Our theme was "Harry Potter" and we all got put on teams, like Hufflepuff, and given head bands to show our team.

Scott's dad, Grandpa Mac, put sunscreen on himself, we couldn't help but take a picture!

He also can fall asleep anywhere... it's seriously amazing!

Independence Day

We had a fun 4th of July at the park. Grandma got the kids matching shirts and I made them bows. They were super cute. We ate lunch, checked out all the booths, and the kids even rode a few little rides.

The best part was that Grandpa played in his new band, Honkey Tonk Heroes, all morning. They were a lot of fun to listen to. Isn't he cute?

This is my niece, Callie. She is only 5 weeks older than Paysli and she's a major cutie. She was all decked out in her red, white and blue.

Who ever came up with blue popsicles anyway? The white shirt didn't last too long on this child.

A Break From the Scalding Summer

I haven't been very good at taking pictures this summer, but we have spent so much time at splash pads and swimming pools. It's the best way to coool off around here. We go with friends to a splash pad and a pool every week. These pictures are from a splash pad with grandma and grandpa. The kids had so much fun!

This was Anneliese's little summer dance camp. It only lasted for 4 days but they had a cute little performance at the end and they were all darling!

Pass On That!

If you ever get the opportunity to go look at petroglyphs in the middle of a St. George summer... go ahead and pass on that.

We were looking for something to do the other day and we decided to go see some petroglyphs. After miles on a terrible dirt road, we pulled up to a gate that was half a mile from the rocks. After a hot walk in, we found them. They were kind of neat, but if you are really tempted, go in cool weather. The girls played but even they weren't really interested.

My Baby Turned One!

My sweet little Paysli turned one on June 17th. It's crazy how fast time goes. She is the little light in our family. Shaersti and Anne beg to wake her up from her nap every day because they want to play with her. She isn't very interested in walking, but she crawls really fast and when she's on a hard floor she crawls like Mogli from Jungle Book. She is interested in everything and wants to get into all of it. It's hard to stay caught up with her... and impossible to take her anywhere. She loves her binkie, her bottle, and naps. She loves to make faces and she loves all the attention.

She got so many great toys from my family, but her favorite things was a huge gift bag we played peek-a-boo with.
