| Anneliese was born with an umbilical hernia. It never went away and then began to grow with her. After a few years of being told to have it fixed, we finally did it. This is her in the waiting room with the blanket Grandma Jill made for her and the little dog she got for being good. I was amazed at just how good that dog made her, it was awesome! |

| This is right before surgery when the anesthesiologist came in and prepped her. She is still smiling. She went with the doctor without a single complaint. She was so brave! |

| And here is her first frown... right after surgery. She was such a trooper! She spent a day on the couch and another few days moving kind of slow but she got over it pretty quick. I am just glad to have it fixed and so grateful that it went so well! |
