| Our banister is the fcal point of our home and it has been a major eyesore. Someone attempted to paint it in the past, leaving quite the variety of different colors. I finally couldn't take it anymore. |

| The top was stained in some places, raw in others. |

| I admit that it was a much bigger project than I thought it would be. We had to do the banister multiple times and then our final finish ate through everything we had done and we had to start over. It took weeks. |

| Unfortunately, this is the last picture I took and it's not even close to being done. It ended up almost black with a white railing. It's so much better! |
