| Scott and I have wanted to flip properties for a long time. We finally decided to just go for it. We found this darling little house in Sunbrook that didn't need a ton of work. We were able to have it painted, get new carpet, fix the landscaping, and put it back on the market within a few weeks. It sold on the first day... to Scott's mom! Mac and Karen now live in our first flip property and they love it. |
