| Our first flip was so much fun, we decided to do another one. This little modular home is in Red Cliffs and it needed a lot more work than our first house. It was lovingly nicknamed the Stink House. We even got some of my brothers helping- running a little tractor and looking for the source of the smell. |

| Once again, we were able to fix it up and have it back on the market within a few weeks and it sold almost immediately. |
